Hard To Pay The Fees!!!

haha! Today was Thursday liao! very fast! 1 week will over soon!
Today me already apply for a half day leave? for wat?
nothing, just doing some personnel matter!
I go to bank to buy a bank draft for paying my exam fees!
wow! got to pay about 52 sterling poun!
oh my god! around RM 400 included the bank charges!
wat can i do! all the way choice by me !!!!!
